The Techniques most commonly used include pulling, compression, kneading, fractioning, contracting, stretching & mobilizing to improve the health and condition of the joints, muscles, bones, nerves, tendons, skin, fascia or connective tissue of the body.

We are a not for profit company dedicated to providing affordable manual osteopathic care while raising funds for charities. Our manual osteopaths pay 10% of their treatment fees to charities. By choosing OHC, you have access to one of the most effective treatments available for neuromusculoskeletal and joint disorders.
